We are thrilled to share the highlights of our recent training camp for the 2024 Shanghai Tower Women's Vertical Marathon. As an official supporter of the event, we proudly joined forces with esteemed partners to prepare participants for this exciting challenge.
Training Camp Recruitment
In anticipation of the 2024 Shanghai Tower Women's Vertical Marathon, which will take place on June 23, 2024, at the Shanghai Tower (from the 79th to the 119th floor), ROSEBIBI launched a special training camp. We invited all the fitness lovers out there to join our training camp and become a part of the ROSEBIBI Purple Warrior team to compete for the competition. The call to action was simple: "RUN FOR GLOWING - Join the ROSEBIBI Purple Warrior Team!"
Specialized Training Sessions
We held a series of rigorous training sessions designed by Coach Song from the iRun Club. These sessions focused on building the strength, endurance, and resilience needed for a vertical marathon. Participants engaged in various exercises that targeted their muscles, bones, and core, ensuring they were well-prepared for the challenge ahead.
Community and Support
A significant aspect of our training camp was fostering a sense of community. We were grateful to have KIS Yoga Pilates as our training venue partner, providing a beautiful and motivating environment for our sessions. The camaraderie and mutual support among participants were palpable, creating a strong and cohesive team.
